Client Account Manager

Carolyn Moltzan is a Client Account Manager at 亿博电竞 . She is a primary resource for 亿博电竞 GP clients for questions about their software, renewals, or licenses, or upgrades. She works one-on-one with clients to ensure they are getting the most out of their software investment. Carolyn has worked in the Microsoft partner space supporting clients for more than 20 years.

Q & A with Carolyn:

1. What’s your favorite part about being an Account Manager at 亿博电竞 ?

I have always loved connecting with clients and bringing them reliable solutions to help them save time, do their jobs better, or improve company operations.

2. What’s one thing you’d want all GP clients/users to know?

I’ve worked with clients on GP for the past 20 years. It’s a solid product, that isn’t going anywhere and we’ll continue to keep supporting those clients who use it. But, for those who are interested in moving to the cloud, it’s been exciting to let them know there is an online option, a true SaaS – Software as a Service option. D365 Business Central is hosted on the Microsoft Azure servers and is always kept on the current version. No more time-consuming upgrades to schedule. Security is getting to be a bigger concern for a lot of clients and Azure is one of the most secure servers you can get. The migration from GP to Business Central is getting easier and faster as the weeks go by. We have some clients that have already transitioned, and I love hearing their success stories and can’t wait for more GP clients to experience this transition. 3. What’s new and exciting in your role?

My goal is always to connect with clients on a personal and professional level and learn what their needs are. Often, that happens just by asking the right questions. I’ve recently spent some time discovering how to have better and more productive conversations to get clients thinking and digging deeper into how to best achieve their goals.

4. What was your dream job when you were a kid?

I wanted to do so many jobs as a kid but a beautician is the first thing I remember wanting to be and my headquarters was going to be on a horse ranch in the mountains of Montana. I had plans to get my pilot’s license and would fly in on my helicopter after traveling to my vacation spots, where I also had salons and more horses to ride.
